If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return goods with 60 days of the original order date 

• The goods must reach us in a re-saleable condition
• We will provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back
• Original postage charges will only be refunded if goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly 
• Postage refunds for returns goods will only be made upto the value of the original postage value  

We cannot refund any personalised orders - such as personalised cut lengths of Steel Chain or Steel Wire Rope
