Q: Can I just turn up to your trade counter?
A: Yes, we are open 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday, we will be closed bank holidays and over the Christmas period. If your order is large or requires specific cuts of chain or wire rope it is always best to call in advanced to avoid any potential delays
Q: Do you take cash and card?
A: Yes, we take cash and card as forms of payment
Q: Can i bring items to show you to try and match to your current stock?
A: Yes, this is always a good idea to compare with our current range
Q: Does your trade counter have parking facilities?
A: Yes, we have a big car park at the front of the building
Q: Do you keep goods in stock?
A: Yes, we have good stock levels
Q: Can i bring a broken wire rope cable in with me for you to replicate?
A: Yes, we have many customers who bring cables in for us to replicate – we can usually make the cabe for you right away
Q: Can you make me a replacement gym cable?
A: Yes, we have onsite wire rope engineering facilities here in Halesowen so we can make you a replacement gym cable whilst you wait
Q: Are you open weekends?
A: No, we do not open weekends
Q: Is there a minimum spend on the Trade Counter?
A: Yes, we have a £20 minimum spend on the Trade Counter
