DIY Stainless Steel Wire Rope Balustrade Run Stud / Stud - 2 Meter

Our A4 grade stainless steel polished swageless wire cable balustrade run is ready to install. The DIY wire rope balustrade run comes with M8 RH studed ends and is ideal for flat or curved steel posts.

This system is very convenient. It does not require any further items such as eye bolts or fixing straps to connect to steel balustrade posts.

We keep it as cost effective as possible. No expensive swage tools are required, simply fit the swageless end to complete each run.

End 1 is a rigging screw adjuster with a M8 stud. We supply this already pre-swaged onto 4mm 1x19 stainless steel wire rope. Also comes with locking nuts.

End 2 is a swageless DIY fitting M8 stud. Easily attached to the blank end of the wire with basic tools (2 x spanners).

Overall length supplied is 2 meter. Take a look at the other lengths we have available.

TOP TIPS

• Use one of our 8" steel wire rope cutters to cut the wire onsite to exact length required.
• When measuring always set the rigging screw at mid open point, this allows for adjustment either way on your balustrade ( +/- ).
• Clean once a year with a microfibre cloth and WD40.
• Cut your stud to length and cap off with a M8 stainless steel dome nut and stainless steel washers
• We also sell M8 internal threaded dome nuts which would be perfect for easy installation.
